All orders are subject to availability. You will be informed by e-mail or telephone if any item ordered is not in stock or subject to a delay of more than three days.

Delivery times vary according to the product ordered but in the majority of cases, please allow up to 28 days. Delivery normally takes place between 9 am and 5 pm on weekdays. If these times are not suitable please inform us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you are not going to be home on the day of the delivery, then please leave a note on your front door specifying where to leave the goods and please sign the note.
