Adults
The activities that you’ll cover in a Choi Kwang Do class are designed with the twin objectives of developing valuable self-defence skills and enhancing health. You will:
- Learn to ‘free your mind’ of the stresses of the day and mentally prepare for training
- Warm your body up physically, so that it’s in the right state for training
- Be trained in powerful Choi Kwang Do punches, strikes, and kicks
- Develop the ability to link techniques together in effective self defense combinations
- Practice applying your skills in safe and controlled exercises
- Have fun kicking and punching the hell out of our thick padded martial arts shields
- Improve your body’s flexibility and range of motion
Far more interesting and engaging than going down the gym, our adult classes will give you a range of different workouts – aerobic, anaerobic, and probably without you realising it, a mental workout too.
